Please note, the NDIS has announced updated cancellation rules. Effective 1 July 2019, a short notice cancellation (or no show) is now defined as when there is a failure

Where adequate notice is not received, providers are entitled to recover 90% of the associated fee where they are unable to reschedule another customer for that appointment.
In the event of a missed appointment, we will contact you to discuss how we can work together to avoid future cancellation charges.
