At all stages of registration, assessment and in the delivery of services, any customer or family member has the right to access an advocate or support person of their choice. For many of our clients this can include a translator if English is a second language. Please let us know if you would like us to help you facilitate this.

What are my rights? 

Montrose works within a number of frameworks that help uphold your rights and ensure your dignity and safety when accessing our services. These frameworks include the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
