“I started with Montrose as an Occupational Therapist in Brisbane but relocated to the Sunshine Coast where I grew up. I was recently promoted to Service Centre Manager here on the Coast. One of the great things about Montrose is that it’s small enough that you can stand out and get involved in lots of areas of the work. For me though, the best bit about being part of the team at Montrose is working long term with customers, sharing their journey and celebrating ‘wins’ with their families and other members of the Montrose multidisciplinary team.”

TO BE APPROVED? UPDATED “I have been working as an Occupational Therapist with Montrose for over xx years. During that time I have developed many long term relationships with families and also been able to develop my expertise and knowledge as an OT. It’s very satisfying to see clients achieve their goals and progress to new challenges with our support.
