People are what make Montrose such an exciting and passionate organisation. Over many years we’ve always had outstanding leadership and benefited from the insights of our patron, independent voluntary board, executive leadership and an amazing team of therapists and support staff.

At Montrose the people and families we assist can be assured we are all working together to achieve the same goals. Our friendly and experienced teams provide a ‘one-stop shop’ of services to people with physical disabilities, neuromuscular conditions, developmental delay and autism

Darryl-Stuart

Darryl Stuart

President
Darryl Stuart is the Chief Executive Officer at Medtech Global and has volunteered his time and service to the Montrose Board since 2009. Darryl graduated with a Bachelor of Science and is a member of the Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors. Daryl is the former Director of the Australian Sport Aviation Confederation.

Mark-Molesworth

Mark Molesworth

Vice President
Mark Molesworth has committed his time and service to the Montrose Board since 2010. Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and his professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). He is currently Partner, Tax at BDO.

Liam Prescott

Finance Director
Liam is a partner at DLA Piper where he focuses on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, offering a broad range of experience and practical, direct advice to clients involved in the energy, mining, banking and financial services sectors. He was appointed to the Montrose Board in 2015.

Roz-WHite

Roz White

Roz was welcomed to the Montrose Board in 2013 and is a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur. She is the co-owner of the White’s IGA Group which operates a number of IGA stores on the Sunshine Coast and has been involved in operating convenience stores for over 20 years.

Anita-Cairns

Dr Anita Cairns

Dr Anita Cairns is a respected Paediatric Neurologist who joined the Montrose Board in 2009. Dr Cairns’ professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery. She is also involved in the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Teresa-Pilbeam

Teresa Pilbeam

Teresa is a parent, carer, teacher and researcher. In her 20 years as a teacher she has worked as a P-12 English, Dance, and Special Education teacher. She is also a board director for Carers Australia, Carers Queensland and sits as a carer representative on the Queensland Carers Advisory Board. She joined the Montrose Board in 2014.

Sean Rooney

Sean Rooney

Sean Rooney has recently committed his time and service to the Montrose Board, joining in June 2016. Sean has 20 years experience in risk management and internal audit services both nationally and internationally.  For the past 10 years, he has worked in the Health and Wellbeing sector assisting clients in both the private and public arena.  He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and his professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws. He is currently and Assurance Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Charles Burke

Charles Burke

Charles Burke is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Queensland Transport and Logistics Council (QTLC) and is the former CEO of AgForce Queensland. Charles has also been a Director of AustSafe Super, an Industry Super fund since December 2007.

Jeanette Allom-Hill

Jeanette Allom-Hill is the 2020 Telstra Business woman of the year and an international acclaimed key note speaker who is passionate about Transformational Leadership. Her personal story of resilience and recovery as a student of change is moving and powerful. She helps organisation’s Respond, Recover and Thrive and communities Connect Collaborate and Create.

She is currently working for the Boston Consulting group in Canberra assisting peak agencies deliver the Australian Public sector reforms. Jeanette is a non-executive director for the NFP charity, No More Fake Smiles, the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s network and Montrose.

Dr Paul Koch

Dr Paul Koch graduated from the University of Queensland in 1994 and completed his specialist training in Paediatric medicine at Mater Children’s and Mother’s Hospital Brisbane, Ipswich Hospital, The Prince Charles Hospital, and Toowoomba Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Division of Paediatrics and Child Health).

After completing his studies he worked as a consultant at Ipswich General Hospital, before joining his wife Dr Kattie Taylor (Obstetrician & Gynaecologist) at Milestone Medical, Ipswich.

Bill Owens

Bill Owens joined the Montrose board in February 2021 as an experienced non-executive director with expertise in governance, strategy development, risk, financial and audit management, board evaluation and remuneration & development. He is also a board director of Relationships Australia (Qld) and sits on its Business Transformation and Nominations and Remuneration committees.

Bill is also co-owner and CEO of Veracity, an ICT services consultancy. Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons); a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Kerrie Mahon - Montrose CEO

Kerrie Mahon

Kerrie has 25 years’ experience leading and managing health and human services organisations and has been instrumental in transitioning to NDIS in previous workplaces. Her experience includes chief executive roles and executive positions leading community health services, specialist hospitals and disability services.

Kerrie serves on the Board of Relationships Australia,  Queensland, and was acting CEO at AEIOU Foundation where she led the organisation through their transition to the NDIS. Prior to that, Kerrie worked at the executive level of Metro North Hospital and Health Service and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
