Newly Diagnosed

A new diagnosis is an emotional experience for any family. We can help you with support and therapy that will grow and develop with you.

Early years

Help your child get the best possible start in life in partnership with our multi-disciplinary team.

Preschool to Primary

The Montrose Team will help your child participate fully at kindy and be ready for prep and primary.

Primary to High School

The transition to High School can reveal new hurdles. Our disability experience means we know what to expect and the support to provide.

Leaving High School

Gaining more independence means developing new skills and opportunities to meet new people and try new things.

Adults

Montrose works with adults where we have the skills and experience to help. Therapy, Lifestyle and Leisure, and Supported Accommodation is available.

We welcome referrals

We have close connections with paediatric medical teams, GPs, Support Coordinators, and fellow providers. New clients can also contact us directly without a referral.
