Physiotherapist – Townsville

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to help service and grow our Townsville service centre working on a part time (minimum 3 days per week) or full time basis. We are interested in hearing from both experienced physiotherapists as well as recent graduates.

Occupational Therapist – Toowoomba

We are looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist (24 hours per week) to help service and grow our service centre in Toowoomba.

Intake Officer – Brisbane South

We are currently seeking a switched on, customer focused and experienced Intake Officer to join the team at our Darra service centre. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service to prospective new and existing customers whilst providing support to our administrative team where required.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Attending to all phone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of available services.
  • Liaise with Therapy and Support staff to ensure the needs of new customers are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer records.

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Montrose. In order to effectively assist customers and their enquiries, you will be required to understand the scope of services that Montrose can offer and identify how they match customer needs. This will provide further assistance to the Therapists and will make you an integral member of the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within disability services.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Current or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check (blue card) & Disability Services positive notice card (yellow card).

Speech Pathologist – Toowoomba (permanent full or part time position)

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist on a full time basis to help service and grow our service centre in the Toowoomba & Darling Downs region.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Design, implement and evaluate interventions for children and young adults with physical and other associated disabilities, developmental delay and / or autism.
  • Provide evidence based therapy to achieve customer goals within available resources.

Team Assistant – Sunshine Coast

We are currently seeking a switched on, customer focused and experienced Administrator to join the team at our Sunshine Coast (Birtinya) service centre for 24 hours (Wed, Thu and Fri) each week. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers whilst providing high level support to our team of Allied Health Professionals. This key role incorporates a diverse range of tasks including:

  • Reception and direct customer service
  • Taking payments
  • Appointment booking for centre based and community based services
  • Managing customer information and data entry in the client management system
  • Overseeing some of the day to day operations of the service centre.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to meet the physical requirements of providing support as a Direct Support Worker.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet the care needs of customers with complex needs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professional practice in the support of individual’s rights and choices
  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality in a working environment
  • Current ‘C’ class Australian driver’s licence.
  • Ability to use and access a range of ICT systems and media
