To be considered for this role you must have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

We are currently seeking an experienced and customer focused Support Services Coordinator to join our Toowoomba service centre in a full-time or part-time permanent role.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in a Community Services Coordination or Case Management role.
  • Experience and/or an understanding of planning for multidisciplinary allied health services.
  • Experience in assessing the support needs of customers with a disability.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organisation skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer and administration skills (predominantly Microsoft Office and rostering systems).
  • A current driver’s license.
  • Current or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and Disability Services Positive Exemption Notice (Yellow Card) or be willing to apply.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificates (or able to complete prior to commencing).
