Community Access and Skills Development Coordinator

We are looking for a suitably experienced  Community Access and Skills Development Coordinator to manage the operations of the Lifestyle, Skills and Development program at our Brisbane South head office.

Let’s start with the basics. To have a chat with us about this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in a Service Co-ordination or Case Management role;
  • Previous experience supervising, supporting and training staff;
  • Previous experience managing budgets
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment;

Team Assistant - Townsville

We are currently seeking a switched on, customer focused and experienced Administrator to join our Townsville Team in a permanent role. This role, based from our service centre in Townsville, will see you provide exceptional support to new and existing customers with regards to Montrose services and provide high level support to our team of Allied Health Professionals.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage customer bookings and accurately maintain the customer management system.
  • Assist the therapy team with reporting and statistics, as well as liaising with the Finance team in relation to funding and invoicing.
  • Assist with and maintaining therapist’s resources.
  • Provide reception relief and general administrative assistance.
  • Set up and participation in group therapy programs when required (hydrotherapy etc.).

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Montrose. In order to effectively assist customers and their enquiries, you will be required to understand the scope of services that Montrose can offer and identify how they will match customer needs. This will provide further assistance to the Therapists and Regional Services Manager and will ultimately make you an integral member of the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary studies in a relevant field or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Current or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check (blue card) & Disability Services positive notice card (yellow card).
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Excellent administration, attention to detail & computer skills.
  • Experience with database management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work unsupervised.
