DONATE TODAY Support us and help children and young people with a disability across Queensland

For over 25 years Montrose has been supporting customers and their families in the Toowoomba region through outreach. We’re excited to announce that from January 2017 we will be opening a permanent service. We’ll be able to provide a regular service to customers and work with new customers as the NDIS rolls out across the region.

The Toowoomba team will be supporting people with a wide range of conditions including physical and neuro-muscular conditions as well as early intervention needs, autism and developmental delay. We will be providing physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, in-home support plus support coordination across all age groups.

Montrose CEO Linda Apelt commented

“This is an exciting time for us. Our Outreach teams have been working with Toowoomba families for more than 25 years and we now have the opportunity to offer them a permanent presence with local therapy support.”

“The rollout of the NDIS in the Toowoomba region will ensure people with a disability have greater choice and control. Montrose is here to expand our work with existing customers and develop support that works for new people to our service.”

“We are looking forward to being a permanent part of the Toowoomba community, providing job opportunities for locals and offering high-quality therapy and support services to people with a disability and their families.”

Our interim location will be at 268 Margaret St, Toowoomba with staff onsite from Monday 16 January 2017. We expect to move to our permanent service centre in Bowen St by March.
